Bug(s) I found: kuroiwa arata passive and 5 star ability not activating

Bug(s) I found: Upon joining an arena battle, I get a "Login Forbidden" notice and it force-closes the app after clicking anywhere on the screen.

Steps to recreate this bug: Join an arena battle and wait until it happens.Although it seems to only happen if I get in a decent amount of damage, this has happened about four times now.

Bug if found . After update i lost all my exp poitons , i had 3000+ exp potions on each .
I also lost a lot of equipment , i had a lot of purple and orange eqiup , but now all lost...
Please Help!
I spent a very long time saving them....

Error I found: When I entered the organization to perform the trial, all bosses were defeated by a single user, without being able to complete the daily quest for any of the other players in the organization.
I had the chance to fight with a boss and I see that his life is very low. So much so that I smash it in a matter of a few seconds.

Bug(s) I found: Plunder point and time reset everytime I try to log in this game
Steps to recreate this bug:
1. login
2. go to Event
3. go to Feeding Ground
4. go to Rc cell
5. click a random Cell and check the Plunder point&time
6. quit the game
7. repeat 1~6 and recheck the plunder point&time
